Indicators of income increase and cost reduction of Astana enterprises due to the introduction of innovations were analysed, calculations of the profitability of innovations and the effectiveness of innovations in the region were carried out. Based on the data obtained, the following advantages of digitalisation of enterprises were identified: increased productivity, increased accessibility, sustainability and environmental friendliness, development of innovations, improvement of quality of life, improvement of city management efficiency. The disadvantages of digitalisation were also identified and ways to overcome them were proposed.
